You smart people! He was saying that you can’t feel this ‘bliss’ if you constantly try to analyse it, that’s why separate the body from the intellect, etc.
BTW that is carrot cake (national cake of Sweden?)

Oh BTW he’s talking about yoga. He mentioned Kundalini, but two other times it was Hatha yoga.
